Job Description

Neohomes Limited is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operations Officer (COO) to oversee daily business operations and drive the execution of organizational goals. The successful candidate will provide leadership across operational functions, enhance efficiency, support business growth, and ensure alignment between strategic objectives and operational performance.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of corporate strategies and translate business goals into operational plans.
  • Oversee daily operations across all departments and business units to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, systems, and procedures that support business growth.
  • Monitor organizational performance, key metrics, and departmental objectives to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Affiliate teams to drive revenue growth and improve business performance.
  • Identify operational risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and support departmental heads to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure excellent customer service delivery and oversee customer satisfaction initiatives.
  • Manage escalated operational and customer-related issues.
  • Work closely with the Finance team on budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and operational excellence across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and governance standards.
  • Oversee the adoption and optimization of business systems, including CRM, ERP, and HRIS platforms.
  • Support business expansion initiatives, strategic partnerships, and digital transformation projects.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • MBA or Master’s Degree in Business Administration is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior management or executive leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and complex business operations.
  • Experience within real estate, property development, financial services, or related industries is an added advantage.
  • Strong strategic planning, operational management, and business development skills.
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong financial acumen and data-driven problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
