Operations Manager at an E-commerce Company – Woodgate Structure Limited

Woodgate Structure Limited is recruiting an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of its e-commerce business. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving operational efficiency, managing inventory and supply chain processes, coordinating order fulfillment, and ensuring a seamless customer experience through effective logistics and backend operations.

Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦400,000 – ₦600,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operational activities of the e-commerce business to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and improve operational systems, processes, and workflows to support business growth.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to minimize shortages and overstocking.
• Supervise order processing, fulfillment, and delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and suppliers to improve delivery performance and reduce operational costs.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Relevant educational qualification.
• 4–6 years of experience in operations management, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, and logistics operations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
