Job Description
An experienced Operations Manager is needed to oversee the daily operations of multiple quick service restaurant (QSR) outlets in Chevron, Lagos. The successful candidate will ensure operational excellence, maintain high service standards, drive profitability, and lead restaurant teams to achieve business objectives while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of assigned restaurant outlets, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Monitor food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and overall customer satisfaction across all locations.
- Supervise and develop Area Managers, Outlet Managers, and restaurant teams to improve operational performance.
- Monitor sales, labour costs, food costs, inventory, and operational expenses to support profitability.
- Conduct routine operational audits and outlet inspections to maintain company standards.
- Resolve customer service issues promptly and implement improvements based on customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare operational reports, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend performance improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience managing multi-unit QSR or restaurant operations.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in cost control, inventory management, and operational planning.
- Sound knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Ability to manage multiple restaurant locations while maintaining operational efficiency.
