Job Description

Aggregon Foods Nigeria Limited is recruiting a qualified and experienced Operational Manager to oversee the daily operations of its restaurant outlet in Ajah, Lagos. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong leadership skills, restaurant management experience, and the ability to drive operational excellence while maintaining high customer service and food quality standards.

Salary: N300,000 – N400,000 Monthly

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Supervise, coach, and motivate staff to achieve high levels of productivity and performance.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Maintain food quality, hygiene, safety, and operational standards in line with company policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels, control stock, and minimize waste.
  • Prepare staff schedules and coordinate daily workforce planning.
  • Review daily sales, cash reconciliation, and operational reports.
  • Monitor operating costs and implement strategies to improve profitability.
  • Collaborate with the HR, Procurement, Finance, and other departments to achieve operational goals.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing restaurant operations.
  • Previous experience in a reputable fast food chain, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), Chinese restaurant, or fine dining establishment is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, financial, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and POS systems.
