First Excelsia Professional Services Limited is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and deliver infrastructure and telecommunications projects. This role focuses on ensuring projects are executed efficiently, meet client expectations, and contribute to organisational profitability while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage telecommunications and infrastructure projects to ensure timely delivery within approved scope and budget
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures, and allocate resources effectively
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, changes, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques and prepare regular progress and status reports
• Maintain strong client and vendor relationships, resolving issues promptly to avoid project delays
• Prepare, update, and maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation
• Ensure compliance with project standards, safety requirements, and relevant regulations

Requirements / Person Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 4–6 years of proven experience as a project administrator, project manager, or project team member, preferably in telecommunications, information technology, or construction projects
• Solid technical background with practical understanding of infrastructure rollout, construction, or related projects
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly project management, word-processing, and spreadsheet applications
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management
• Good working knowledge of engineering concepts and the interpretation of engineering drawings
• Professional Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent is required
