Job Description

Advansio Interactive Limited is hiring a Technical Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of technology-driven projects. This role is suited for a structured and detail-oriented professional with strong technical understanding, capable of managing multiple projects, aligning cross-functional teams, and maintaining high delivery and quality standards within a fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and deliver technical projects end-to-end within defined scope, timelines, and budget.
  • Coordinate engineering, QA, product, and operations teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear updates, timelines, and issue resolution.
  • Translate business and client requirements into actionable technical tasks and structured project plans.
  • Track progress, dependencies, risks, and deliverables using project management tools such as ClickUp.
  • Enforce quality assurance, testing, and deployment processes before final project handover.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve project risks, bottlenecks, and delivery challenges proactively.
  • Prepare project status reports and performance updates for internal stakeholders and management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3–4 years’ experience managing technical or software development projects.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Proven experience working with engineering teams in fintech or technology-focused environments.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Added Advantage

  • Experience delivering fintech, payments, or banking-related projects.
  • Technical exposure to APIs, system integrations, and mobile or web applications.
  • Relevant project management or technical certifications.
