Global Organics Limited is seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead nationwide sales operations for its veterinary products portfolio. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and managing a high-performing sales team within the animal health sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy for veterinary products aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate regional sales teams and veterinary sales representatives to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and improve strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including veterinary clinics, distributors, and institutional clients.
  • Drive market expansion initiatives and penetration into underserved regions and segments.
  • Oversee negotiations with major clients and ensure consistent service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, logistics, finance, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth sales execution.
  • Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations, pharmaceutical guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and dashboards, providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Manage the sales budget, monitor expenses, and evaluate ROI on sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in veterinary sales or the animal health industry.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a sales leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of veterinary products, market dynamics, and distribution channels.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and lead high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market intelligence.
  • Good understanding of veterinary regulations and ethical sales standards.
