Job Description

Mosra Energy Limited is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen the commercial performance of its mineral products. This role focuses on developing and executing sales and marketing strategies across domestic and international markets within the solid minerals sector, with strong emphasis on market intelligence, customer engagement, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for coal and/or metallic mineral products in line with business objectives
  • Identify, engage, and secure new customers, distributors, off-takers, and strategic partners locally and internationally
  • Drive revenue growth through effective pricing strategies, volume optimization, and contract management
  • Prepare, negotiate, and manage sales agreements, supply contracts, and memoranda of understanding (MOUs)
  • Conduct market research to assess demand trends, pricing benchmarks, competitor activities, and emerging markets
  • Monitor global commodity prices and provide insights on market opportunities and risks
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, regulators, government agencies, and industry stakeholders
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to improve brand visibility and market penetration
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, trade fairs, and investor forums
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales and marketing team, setting KPIs and tracking performance
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for management review
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, export, and documentation requirements related to mineral sales

Qualifications & Requirements

  • HND or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within mining, energy, or commodities
  • Strong understanding of the mining value chain, commodity markets, and pricing mechanisms
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation, customer relationship management, and market development
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
