Job Description

DynamicPlus Advisory is seeking an experienced Architect to lead design initiatives from concept through prototype to final production. The role involves close collaboration with development and operations teams to deliver functional, innovative designs that meet client requirements and are optimized for efficient manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate design and development teams to deliver new products from concept to rollout stage
• Capture, define, and document design requirements, including development and validation plans
• Develop 3D models for proposals, production, and development using CAD tools
• Prepare and present design concepts, cost implications, changes, and budget updates to stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure full understanding of design and production requirements
• Conduct feasibility studies and respond to RFQs from the Sales team
• Conceptualize new designs and manage design revisions for existing products
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and report deviations
• Manage relationships with external production vendors to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency
• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency for current products

Requirements and Skills

• BSc or MSc degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a furniture or industrial production environment
• Strong hands-on engineering background with solid knowledge of production processes
• Proven leadership, team management, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Strong commercial awareness and integrity
• In-depth knowledge of materials and their properties
• Working knowledge of factory machinery and production capabilities
• Expert proficiency in Revit and SketchUp
• Ability to generate accurate cut lists
• Project management training or certification is an added advantage
