Job Description

Jodazen Integrated Services is recruiting a qualified Architect to join its team in Lekki, Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects from concept through construction. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise, excellent digital design skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦350,000 – ₦450,000 Monthly

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, detailed designs, construction drawings, and project documentation.
• Produce functional, innovative, and visually appealing design solutions that meet client requirements.
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers to ensure seamless project integration.
• Review technical drawings and resolve design conflicts before construction begins.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure construction complies with approved drawings and specifications.
• Review contractor shop drawings, material samples, and technical submissions.
• Prepare and submit documentation for planning approvals and statutory permits.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with building codes and planning regulations.
• Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders while providing professional architectural guidance.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards, project timelines, budgets, and sustainability objectives.
• Stay updated on emerging architectural trends, digital design technologies, and sustainable construction practices.

Job Requirements

Interested candidates should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• 3–5 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, ArchiCAD, or related architectural software.
• Strong understanding of building regulations, construction detailing, and project documentation.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• High level of digital literacy.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance creativity with practical design solutions.
