Job Description

Linkorg Networks Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR / Admin Officer to support human resources and administrative operations. This role involves handling recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, and compliance while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR and office administration functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to HR operations, including document preparation, meeting scheduling, and correspondence management
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, files, and HR databases
  • Assist with recruitment activities such as job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including induction materials, orientation sessions, and employment documentation
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries on HR policies, procedures, and welfare matters
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR programs
  • Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, leave management, and benefits enrolment
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Support audit preparation and HR compliance reviews

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the ISP, telecommunications, or technology sector
  • Professional HR certifications such as CIPM, PHRi, SHRM-CP, or equivalent are an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Nigerian labour laws
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and record-keeping skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
