Job Description

erpSoftapp is seeking a detail-oriented Project Analyst to support effective project delivery and maintain high operational performance standards. This role focuses on project performance monitoring, internal controls, risk assessment, and compliance across project implementation services. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to defined standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, review, and maintain project documentation and records in line with business, legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements
• Support client delivery and customer support teams to comply with internal project procedures and control standards
• Audit and review project delivery performance across teams using defined metrics to ensure quality and compliance
• Conduct regular checks on project departments to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, and recommend improvements
• Identify training needs and support the development and implementation of training plans across project teams
• Support internal and external audit processes by assessing risks, controls, and compliance levels within project implementations

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Engineering or Sciences
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a project delivery or project-focused organisation
• Master’s degree or additional professional certification is an advantage
• Previous experience in a similar role or regulated environment is desirable
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation
• Proven ability to drive standards, accountability, and continuous improvement
