Stresert Integrated is seeking a highly professional Front Desk Administrator to manage front office operations and provide comprehensive administrative support. This role is ideal for an experienced individual with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a high level of professionalism in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact, managing front desk operations with professionalism and discretion
- Enforce and maintain security, health, and safety protocols for visitors and staff
- Handle inbound calls, emails, correspondence, mail, and logistics coordination efficiently
- Maintain a well-organized and professional reception area, including supplies and vendor coordination
- Provide administrative support such as drafting documents, managing records, and coordinating office communications
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a front desk or administrative role (Oil & Gas or Tech industry preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written English with strong telephone etiquette
- Proven customer service skills with a professional appearance and conduct
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong multitasking, time management, and attention-to-detail skills
- High level of integrity with strong security awareness
