Job Description
Grand Oak Limited (GOL) is recruiting an experienced Assistant Business Analyst to support sales operations and strategic decision-making. This role focuses on sales data analysis, reporting accuracy, distribution coordination, and performance tracking to drive business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure sales performance, stock analysis, and business reports are accurate, complete, and delivered on time
- Collate, analyze, and present sales data to support strategic sales and management decisions
- Liaise with Distributor Development Managers and the logistics team to ensure effective stock distribution
- Monitor and track the use of sales tools such as Fieldmax, identifying gaps and recommending improvements based on market needs
- Prepare and submit sales process compliance and Balanced Scorecard (BSC) reports as required
- Support the achievement of e-commerce sales and special redistribution targets
- Handle assigned sales development projects in line with set business objectives
Requirements & Qualifications
- First Degree in a relevant discipline
- MBA qualification is an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Good understanding of supply chain and logistics processes
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure
