Job Description

Greenland Concepts Nigeria Limited (GCNL) is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to support revenue growth and market expansion across its real estate and allied services portfolio. This role is suited to a proactive professional with strong negotiation, client management, and strategic business development experience within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and revenue streams
  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with organizational objectives
  • Generate and manage leads for property sales, leasing, consultancy, and project management services
  • Build, manage, and sustain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Prepare business proposals, pitch decks, and commercial offers for prospective clients
  • Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor intelligence to inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to convert prospects into closed deals
  • Track sales performance, maintain pipelines, and prepare periodic performance reports

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field
  • 5–8 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within real estate
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of market analysis, strategic planning, and relationship management
