Job Description

Concept Group is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage and strengthen senior and executive-level hiring. This role focuses on leading final-stage interviews, building structured assessment frameworks, analyzing candidate data, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve recruitment quality and outcomes. The position requires strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and proven experience handling high-level talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead final-stage interviews for senior and executive roles using insights and reports from the Talent Acquisition team
  • Develop, implement, and maintain standardized interview and assessment templates to support consistent hiring decisions
  • Analyze candidate performance data and generate insights to guide hiring recommendations
  • Collaborate with the Performance team to track post-hire outcomes and align interview results with on-the-job performance
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and candidate experience
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to Talent Acquisition team members
  • Support the development and execution of recruitment strategies for critical roles

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ recruitment experience, with a strong focus on senior and executive-level hiring
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition and stakeholder management
  • Strong interviewing, assessment, and data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in HR assessment tools and recruitment platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or a recognized HR or recruitment certification
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or high-growth organization
