A reputable Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) in Lagos is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple outlets. This role focuses on maintaining service excellence, operational efficiency, staff performance, and profitability in line with established QSR standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations across multiple outlets to ensure consistent service quality, hygiene, and operational standards
- Supervise and manage restaurant staff, including performance monitoring, scheduling, and operational discipline
- Monitor inventory levels, stock usage, wastage, and cost controls across all locations
- Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations, health standards, and internal operational procedures
- Review operational and financial reports and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- 4 – 6 years of relevant experience in QSR operations or multi-branch retail management
- Strong leadership, people management, and operational planning skills
- Sound knowledge of food safety standards, inventory management, and customer service practices
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results across multiple locations
