An established hospitality organization is seeking a results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support sales operations, drive revenue growth, and strengthen client relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Manage and grow key client accounts while building long-term business relationships
- Support lead generation activities, client presentations, and sales negotiations
- Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports for management review
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Train, guide, and mentor junior sales team members to meet performance objectives
Requirements
- 3–5 years of sales experience within the hospitality or service industry
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure and consistently meet sales targets
- Leadership and team management experience is an added advantage
