Job Description

CIG Motors Company Limited is seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead the people strategy of its business unit. This role sits within the leadership team and is responsible for aligning human capital initiatives with long-term business goals, building a high-performance culture, and driving organizational effectiveness across the unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a people and HR strategy aligned with business unit objectives and growth plans.
  • Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and talent architecture to support business performance.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on organizational effectiveness, succession planning, and people-related risk.
  • Drive culture, leadership development, and change management initiatives during business growth, transformation, or restructuring.
  • Develop and enforce HR governance frameworks, policies, and processes in line with regulatory and corporate standards.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, employer branding, learning and development, and retention strategies.
  • Design and manage compensation, benefits, performance management, and reward systems.
  • Lead HR technology adoption and use people analytics to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR role within a business unit or division.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing business-aligned HR strategies in high-performance environments.
  • Strong experience working with executive leadership and managing complex organizational change.
  • Professional HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR is an added advantage.
