Job Description
Suacasa Nigeria Limited is recruiting a skilled Interior Architectural Supervisor to oversee interior finishing activities across project sites in Nigeria. The role focuses on delivering high-quality interior standards, ensuring design accuracy, coordinating site teams, and maintaining strict adherence to project timelines and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all interior finishing works including tiling, ceilings, joinery, painting, fixtures, and fittings
- Ensure strict compliance with approved interior architectural drawings and technical specifications
- Coordinate contractors, artisans, and vendors to achieve timely and efficient execution
- Conduct routine quality inspections to maintain premium finishing standards
- Monitor project timelines and ensure interior phases are delivered as scheduled
- Liaise with architects, project managers, and procurement teams to align execution with design intent
- Resolve on-site technical and design-related issues promptly
- Verify that all materials used meet approved specifications and brand standards
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- Minimum of 4–7 years’ experience in interior architecture supervision or interior project coordination
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant design software
- Professional membership with architectural or design bodies is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials and detailing
- Ability to interpret and execute architectural drawings accurately
- Proven quality inspection and finishing control expertise
- Strong coordination, supervision, and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and aesthetic judgment
