Job Description
Vaste Finance is seeking a results-driven and client-focused Relationship Manager to build and manage strong relationships with affluent and high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving portfolio growth, delivering tailored financial solutions, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction while meeting performance targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth clients.
- Understand client needs and provide suitable financial solutions and advisory support.
- Identify opportunities to expand client portfolios and increase revenue generation.
- Market the organization’s financial products and services to prospective clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
- Promote investment products including mutual funds, bonds, structured products, and discretionary mandates.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on client portfolio performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Carry out other assigned duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4–5 years of relevant and progressive experience in relationship management or financial services.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
- Professional appearance with strong executive presence.
- Demonstrated integrity and strong business ethics.
