Job Description

A reputable organization in Victoria Island, Lagos is seeking a creative and technically proficient Design & Drafting Architect to join its in-house design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming concepts into detailed architectural drawings and high-quality visual presentations while working closely with project and costing teams to ensure accurate execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts from initial brief through to detailed design stages.
• Produce accurate and comprehensive architectural drawings and construction documentation.
• Create 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations for client and internal review.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and costing teams to ensure design feasibility and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations and industry standards.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical input throughout project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in architectural design and drafting.
• Strong and demonstrable design portfolio showcasing completed projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and relevant rendering software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
