Lease Officer

Job Description

A reputable leasing company in Lagos is seeking experienced Lease Officers to manage property marketing, client engagement, and leasing transactions. The role requires a proactive professional with strong negotiation skills and the ability to drive occupancy rates while maintaining positive client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Market and advertise available properties through appropriate channels
• Conduct property inspections and site viewings for prospective clients
• Negotiate lease terms and close rental agreements
• Maintain accurate records of property listings, inquiries, and transactions
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners and prospective tenants
• Prepare leasing documentation and ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements

• B.Sc./B.Tech/HND in Business Administration, Estate Management, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Minimum of two (2) years’ relevant experience in a leasing company
• Strong knowledge of property marketing and leasing processes
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet leasing targets
