Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Job Description

A leading organization is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and enhance operational efficiency, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure seamless coordination across all departments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior leadership, operational management, and business growth, preferably within luxury, hospitality, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute strategic objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement efficiency-enhancing initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement across departments.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams to achieve organizational excellence.
• Partner with finance to manage budgets, forecasts, and optimize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Drive business development efforts, enhancing client acquisition and retention.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in general operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven ability to set goals, track performance, and achieve measurable results.
• Experience in luxury and hospitality (e.g., 4-star hotels, restaurants, or similar facilities) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of medical aesthetics is an advantage.
• Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and operational forecasting.
• Demonstrated leadership, team development, and human resource management skills.
• Experience in implementing scalable operational processes in fast-paced environments.
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Hours of Work:
This role requires full commitment beyond standard business hours, with responsibility for ensuring operational continuity and meeting business needs at all times.

Remuneration and Benefits:

• Salary: N500,000 – N700,000 per month
• Monthly salary with 13th-month pay or annual profit sharing
