A leading bank in Nigeria is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and market expansion. The role focuses on acquiring new business, establishing strategic partnerships, and increasing adoption of fintech-enabled financial solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in business development within the banking or fintech sector and the ability to deliver measurable growth across deposits, lending, and digital financial services.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail, SME, and corporate segments.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase customer acquisition and market penetration.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with fintech platforms, payment service providers, and business associations.
- Promote digital financial products including loans, savings solutions, mobile banking, and payment platforms.
- Monitor business development performance metrics and prepare reports on revenue growth, deposits, and partnership outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 4–6 years of business development experience within banking or fintech.
- Proven track record in revenue growth, market expansion, and partnership development.
- Strong skills in relationship management, strategic thinking, and market analysis.
- Knowledge of digital banking and fintech products is essential.
Salary: N350,000 monthly
