Job Description
A reputable organization is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and overall business performance. This role requires a results-driven professional with strong leadership, creativity, and analytical skills to oversee all marketing functions and deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals and growth objectives
- Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
- Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, social media, email marketing, and analytics tracking
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive opportunities
- Manage marketing budgets effectively to achieve optimal return on investment
- Supervise and mentor the marketing team to enhance productivity and performance
- Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure alignment in marketing and business strategies
- Track key performance indicators such as lead generation, conversion rates, and engagement metrics
- Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement
Requirements
- HND or B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field
- Professional certification (CIM, NIMN, or equivalent) is an added advantage
- Minimum of 5–7 years’ marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in strategic marketing, brand management, and digital campaign execution
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and analytics tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Experience in hospitality, FMCG, or service-based industries is an advantage
