Job Description

A reputable real estate company is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Marketer to drive property sales, generate qualified leads, and build strong client relationships. This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in the real estate sector and a proven ability to market properties, close deals, and contribute to business growth.

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)
Start Date: Immediate
Working Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: ₦200,000 Monthly + Commission

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote available properties.
  • Identify, attract, and convert prospective buyers and investors.
  • Market property listings through online and offline channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct property inspections, presentations, and site visits with prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close real estate sales transactions.
  • Utilize digital marketing platforms and property listing websites to increase property visibility.
  • Maintain accurate records of property listings and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Marketing, Estate Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in real estate marketing, sales, or property management.
  • Strong understanding of real estate marketing strategies and property sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close sales successfully.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and online property platforms.
  • Strong teamwork and relationship management skills.
  • Must reside within or close to Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
