Job Description

A reputable organization is hiring a results-driven Sales Executive to support revenue growth, expand market reach, and build lasting customer relationships. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in automotive or mobility-related sales who can identify new opportunities, engage clients effectively, and consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities across different market segments
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive strategies
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and vehicle demonstrations
  • Generate, manage, and follow up on sales leads and online inquiries
  • Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and all relevant sales documentation
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales databases
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer and after-sales service
  • Submit regular sales performance reports and market insights

Requirements

  • HND or B.Sc. in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years’ proven sales experience in any of the following:
  1. Automotive or vehicle sales
  2. Mobility solutions
  3. Heavy equipment
  4. Auto dealerships or related industries
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Remuneration

  • Salary: N274,000 – N400,000 monthly gross
  • Benefits include sales commission, HMO, 13th month salary, leave allowance, and long-term investment scheme
