EBENCO Global Link Ltd is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee operations at its modular refinery in Koko, Delta State. This role requires a results-driven professional with strong technical expertise in refining processes and the ability to lead teams efficiently while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize daily operations of the modular refinery for peak performance
• Manage the production facility to ensure efficiency, safety, and minimal downtime
• Monitor and control refining processes using DCS/SCADA systems
• Ensure strict compliance with HSSE policies and industry quality standards
• Coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary teams across production units
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance output and reduce costs

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in refinery operations (Downstream/Refining)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse technical teams
• In-depth knowledge of refinery processes and production systems
• Proven experience working with DCS/SCADA operational monitoring tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
