A growing fashion design business in Ogudu, Lagos is hiring a results-driven Digital Marketing & Sales Growth Executive to focus on revenue generation. This role is centered on turning online visibility into actual sales by generating leads, nurturing prospects, and converting enquiries into paying customers. The position requires close collaboration with the social media and production teams, making proximity to the location essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and customer enquiries through digital channels such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and paid ads
- Convert online enquiries into confirmed orders and walk-in clients through consistent follow-ups
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns focused on bookings, fittings, and custom orders
- Engage prospects via WhatsApp, direct messages, and calls to close sales effectively
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to align content with sales campaigns and promotions
- Track and report performance metrics including leads, conversions, and revenue generated
- Develop promotional campaigns for weddings, festive seasons, events, and special collections
- Build and manage a customer database to encourage repeat business and referrals
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant field
- Proven experience in sales-driven digital marketing, lead generation, or e-commerce sales
- Strong understanding of customer behavior within the Nigerian fashion market
- Experience running and optimizing social media ads for conversions
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Strong follow-up culture with the ability to close leads consistently
- Proficiency in using WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMs, and CRM or tracking tools
- Must reside close to Ogudu, Lagos (mandatory)
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
