Job Description

This role is focused on driving enterprise revenue by identifying, engaging, and closing corporate clients in need of scalable workforce solutions. The position involves working closely with HR leaders, L&D teams, and senior executives to support organisations in building, upskilling, and deploying talent across various industries.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and convert corporate clients including SMEs, multinationals, NGOs, and government agencies
  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle from discovery and proposal to negotiation and closing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across HR, People Operations, and executive teams
  • Develop tailored proposals and workforce learning solutions aligned with client needs
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly pipeline and revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, accounts, and deal stages using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client retention
  • Provide market insights to product and curriculum teams to improve enterprise offerings
  • Represent the company at corporate meetings, industry events, and partnership engagements

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise business development, or account management
  • Proven track record of closing corporate deals and meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of workforce development, talent management, or learning and development concepts
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders including HR Directors, L&D Managers, COOs, and C-suite executives
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to independently manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to closing
  • Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking and reporting performance
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of ROI-driven sales
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple client relationships
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
