Locodove Ventures Limited is seeking a skilled Facility Manager to ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and safety of its facilities. The ideal candidate will oversee all physical assets, infrastructure, and support services, ensuring that the work environment supports business efficiency and employee productivity.
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime
- Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality service delivery
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Monitor facility budgets, expenses, and implement cost-control initiatives
- Supervise facility staff, providing guidance, performance management, and leadership
- Coordinate space management, office layout, and renovation projects as needed
- Handle emergency situations, ensuring proper response procedures are in place
- Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, and service activities
- Ensure uninterrupted utilities (power, water, HVAC, etc.) and proper functioning of equipment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in facility or operations management
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management tools
Working Days & Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Salary
- N450,000 – N550,000 per month
