A reputable organization within the manufacturing sector is seeking a highly experienced Deputy Manager, Admin to oversee and optimize administrative operations. This role involves managing large teams, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and driving efficiency across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in administrative management within a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations across the manufacturing facility
- Manage and lead a workforce of over 300 staff, ensuring productivity and high performance
- Develop, implement, and monitor administrative policies, procedures, and systems
- Coordinate with HR, finance, and operations teams to improve workflow and efficiency
- Supervise office support services, logistics, facilities management, and safety compliance
- Prepare reports, budgets, and performance metrics for senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory standards
- Resolve operational and employee-related issues promptly and effectively
- Support strategic initiatives and continuous process improvements across departments
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years’ professional experience in administration, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Proven experience managing large teams of 300+ staff
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an added advantage
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in administrative tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid knowledge of labor laws, safety regulations, and manufacturing compliance standards
