Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Business Development & Partnership Officer to drive revenue growth, identify new opportunities, and build strong partnerships that support the company’s long-term objectives.

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Salary: ₦200,000 (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with clients, organizations, and stakeholders
  • Develop and execute business development strategies
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks
  • Negotiate deals and close partnerships
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure retention
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partnerships with company goals

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
  • Experience in a professional services or corporate environment
  • Existing network of business contacts is an advantage
