Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Business Development & Partnership Officer to drive revenue growth, identify new opportunities, and build strong partnerships that support the company’s long-term objectives.
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Salary: ₦200,000 (Negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with clients, organizations, and stakeholders
- Develop and execute business development strategies
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks
- Negotiate deals and close partnerships
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure retention
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnerships with company goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to think strategically and execute effectively
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Experience in a professional services or corporate environment
- Existing network of business contacts is an advantage
