Technical Site Supervisor – Paint and Coatings
Job Description
A skilled Technical Site Supervisor (Paint and Coatings) is needed to oversee on-site activities, ensure quality project delivery, and support cost control processes. This role requires strong technical knowledge in construction finishing, particularly in paint and coatings, along with the ability to manage materials, reporting, and site supervision effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor in preparing bills of quantities, material schedules, and interim valuations
- Prepare detailed progress reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Receive materials on-site and maintain accurate stock records
- Monitor the cost and efficient use of company resources
- Inspect and evaluate completed work and ongoing projects
- Carry out physical measurements for valuation of work done and supervise site activities
- Maintain inventory records of materials supplied and used on-site
- Support the Senior Quantity Surveyor in conducting tender analysis
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Technical Site Supervisor, preferably in paint and coatings or construction finishing
- Strong understanding of site supervision, material management, and cost control
- Ability to prepare reports and perform accurate project valuations
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a project team
