Job Description
An experienced marketing professional is required for the role of Client Business Lead. This position focuses on managing and growing key client accounts through strategic marketing leadership, campaign execution, and strong relationship management. The role is suited for candidates with an agency background who can translate business goals into effective marketing strategies and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and brand positioning
- Lead campaign planning, execution, and delivery across multiple channels
- Translate client goals into clear briefs for creative, media, and content teams
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations
- Oversee quality control of marketing outputs to ensure alignment with brand and campaign goals
- Identify opportunities for client growth through new campaigns and strategic initiatives
- Lead and mentor team members to drive performance and collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5–6 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a creative agency environment
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and leading marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies and campaign execution
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
