Job Description
A Training Business Manager role is available at Khadasha Innovations Africa for a commercially driven professional responsible for leading the training function end-to-end. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, building and managing a strong trainer network, and ensuring seamless execution of high-quality training programs. It is suited for someone who can combine business development, client management, and operational excellence to scale a training division.
Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: ₦500,000 monthly + Commission
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and convert new clients across corporate, SME, and public sector segments
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of training opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Develop, present, and close tailored training proposals, including pricing and contract negotiation
- Manage end-to-end execution of training programs, including planning, scheduling, and delivery coordination
- Source, vet, onboard, and manage a reliable pool of qualified trainers across relevant fields
- Monitor key performance metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, pipeline health, and client retention
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Ensure all training programs are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards
Requirements / Qualifications
- Proven experience in training development, sales, or management of training programs
- Background in Learning & Development, HR, education, or professional services is an advantage
- Strong business development and revenue generation track record
- Experience conducting needs assessments and designing tailored training solutions
- Strong project management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
- Understanding of capacity building, organizational development, or system strengthening is an advantage
