Job Description
A leading energy company, Stockgap Fuels Limited, is seeking a results-driven Manager, Channel Acquisition to expand its distribution network. This role focuses on identifying, onboarding, and developing channel partners such as distributors, sub-dealers, and retailers. The ideal candidate will lead market expansion efforts for gas cylinders while ensuring compliance with industry safety and regulatory standards.

Salary: N900,000 – N2,000,000 Monthly
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual channel acquisition strategies and quarterly rollout plans
- Conduct market mapping to identify high-potential territories and outlet density gaps
- Source, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners based on financial and safety criteria
- Lead and coach field sales teams to achieve onboarding and expansion targets
- Collaborate with HSE, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth partner activation and compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is an added advantage
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales or channel management, preferably in FMCG or Oil & Gas
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role focused on territory expansion
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks including NMDPRA, SON, and NUPRC guidelines
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
