Logistics Officer at Ekris Bio Health Foods Nigeria Limited

A leading food manufacturing and packaging company in the FMCG sector is seeking a proactive and results-driven Logistics Officer to support its operations in Lagos. This role focuses on ensuring efficient coordination of goods movement, timely deliveries, and effective inventory management to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics and distribution activities
• Plan and manage transportation of products from warehouse to customers and distributors
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
• Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and production teams for smooth order fulfillment
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Manage relationships with transport vendors and service providers
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare logistics reports and analyze data to improve efficiency
• Resolve delivery issues, discrepancies, and logistics-related complaints
• Optimize delivery routes and schedules for cost and time efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably in FMCG
• Strong knowledge of distribution, inventory, and transportation processes
• Proficiency in logistics and inventory management systems
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary

• N250,000 – N300,000 per month
