A Procurement Officer is needed to manage sourcing, supplier relationships, and purchasing operations within a commercial real estate environment. The role involves ensuring cost efficiency, quality compliance, and timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining strong vendor relationships and procurement standards.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies aligned with organizational goals
- Source, evaluate, and engage suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement without compromising quality
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms to achieve cost savings and value for money
- Manage vendor relationships, including performance monitoring, compliance checks, and issue resolution
- Oversee timely procurement and delivery of goods and services to support smooth operations
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, pricing trends, and sourcing opportunities
- Ensure all procured items comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and audit trails for all transactions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and cost analysis
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, or corporate procurement is an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and virtual communication tools such as Zoom
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
- Familiarity with procurement software and reporting tools is an advantage
Salary
₦500,000 monthly net
