Job Description
CASA 45 Enterprises Limited is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead and execute high-impact marketing strategies within a dynamic nightlife and hospitality environment. This role requires a creative and data-driven professional capable of driving brand visibility, increasing customer engagement, and delivering memorable event experiences that boost revenue and market presence.

Salary: N600,000 – N650,000 monthly
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative event strategies, including themed nights and high-energy experiences to drive foot traffic and customer spend
- Create and manage engaging content across social media, newsletters, and digital advertising platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice
- Oversee promotional schedules and in-venue content, ensuring seamless run-of-show execution for events and campaigns
- Manage social media platforms, content calendars, and audience engagement to build strong online presence and brand awareness
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, display advertising, and targeted ads across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
- Maintain and utilize customer databases and CRM tools to drive email marketing campaigns and guest retention strategies
- Build and manage relationships with influencers, vendors, and community partners to enhance brand visibility
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to inform marketing strategies and maintain competitive advantage
- Oversee marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment
- Analyze performance metrics such as ticket sales, customer traffic, and digital analytics to optimize campaign effectiveness
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams including promoters, operations staff, and management to ensure smooth event execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 – 5 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within hospitality, entertainment, or nightlife industries
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content strategy
- Experience managing events, promotions, and brand campaigns
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
