Job Description

Carolina Logistics is hiring a results-driven Telesales Representative to engage potential and existing clients, promote logistics services, and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, international client experience, and a proven ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Abuja (FCT) and Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Fully Onsite)
Work Schedule: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Salary: N400,000 – N500,000 monthly

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential and existing clients via phone to promote logistics services
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets consistently
  • Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to generate and close leads
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales
  • Proven experience working with international clients
  • Strong American English accent with excellent verbal communication skills
  • Solid background in marketing and cold calling
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and multitasking abilities
  • Good computer literacy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with numbers and maintain consistent follow-up
  • Confident, target-driven, and highly motivated
  • Strong track record of closing deals and achieving targets
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
