Job Description

A remote opportunity is available for a Data Analyst to support the growth and performance of payment products. The role focuses on using data-driven insights to improve user acquisition, retention, and engagement. It combines analytics, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure products align with market needs and scale effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, business teams, developers, and data engineers to identify problems and track product performance metrics and KPIs
  • Translate business and product questions into actionable insights through data analysis
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and self-service data visualization tools
  • Manage end-to-end analytics for marketing and growth products, from data gathering to post-launch performance analysis
  • Apply statistical and analytical techniques such as A/B testing, multivariate testing, clustering, and predictive modeling
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across product, technology, and business teams
  • Provide data-backed recommendations to improve product performance and user experience

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of professional experience in a quantitative or data analysis role (excluding internships)
  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets
  • Experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B testing, multivariate testing, etc.)
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms
  • Experience with statistical modeling and advanced analytics for product insights
  • Proficiency in Python and tools such as Pandas, SciPy, and Jupyter Notebooks
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
