Job Description

A growing organization in the real estate and project-based industry is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Head of Marketing & Sales / Business Development to lead revenue generation, customer acquisition, and strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent business development experience, and a proven track record in driving sales performance and market expansion.

Salary: N400,000 – N500,000 monthly

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales, marketing, and business development strategies
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure
  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and strategic partners
  • Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates, and overall marketing performance
  • Oversee CRM systems and ensure accurate sales reporting and performance tracking
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive customer acquisition initiatives
  • Collaborate with management to support revenue growth and long-term business objectives

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4–7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Hands-on experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Proven experience managing sales teams or channel partners
  • Experience in real estate, construction, or project-based industries will be an added advantage
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
