Business Intelligence Analyst
Job Description
Talent Solution Limited is seeking a highly analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to support leadership in making fast and data-driven decisions across multiple sister companies. The role involves transforming raw operational, marketing, sales, finance, and customer data into actionable insights that support strategic growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership teams across different business units to improve performance visibility and decision-making.
Core Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems across all business units
- Track, analyze, and report KPIs across marketing, sales, finance, customer support, and operations
- Produce weekly executive reports and actionable business insights for leadership
- Identify operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities
- Monitor key metrics such as CAC, LTV, churn, ROAS, conversion rates, profitability, and revenue growth
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to improve data quality and accuracy
- Develop automated reporting and data workflows where possible
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with business intelligence tools and advanced spreadsheets
- Proficiency in data visualization and dashboard development
- Solid understanding of business KPIs and growth metrics
- Ability to interpret and analyze large and complex datasets
- Strong communication and presentation skills for executive reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and strategic environment
- Experience with tools such as Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Airtable, Zapier, or AI analytics tools is an advantage
Salary
N800,000 – N1,000,000 per month
