Didii is hiring a Payments & Partnerships Manager to drive strategic relationships across the financial and payment ecosystem. The role focuses on securing and managing partnerships with banks, payment switches, billers, and telecom providers to strengthen transaction infrastructure and improve operational efficiency. Candidates with strong negotiation skills, fintech experience, and industry connections will thrive in this position.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with banking and payment partners, including Anchor and other financial service providers
• Negotiate favorable fee structures, commercial terms, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
• Secure new biller partnerships with organizations such as PHCN, GOtv, telecom operators, and related service providers
• Work closely with the finance team to oversee settlement processes and reconciliation activities
• Identify new partnership opportunities that support payment growth and business expansion
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders across the payments ecosystem

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in payments, partnerships, banking, or fintech
• Previous experience working with a Nigerian PSP, bank, or fintech company
• Strong network of decision-makers across CBN-licensed institutions
• Excellent negotiation and business development skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, financial data, and executive-level discussions
• Proven ability to convert challenging negotiations into signed partnership agreements
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills
