Job Description

A reputable company in the building automation and engineering solutions industry is hiring an experienced Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand market presence. The role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with strong B2B sales experience and the ability to communicate technical engineering solutions to clients across multiple industries.

The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, support project bids, and close high-value engineering solution contracts within sectors such as construction, hospitality, commercial facilities, and energy management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities across construction, hospitality, commercial, and energy sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and facility managers.
  • Generate qualified leads and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical demonstrations of engineering solutions.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable technical and commercial solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to prepare proposals, RFQs, tenders, and project bids.
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals with new and existing clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4 – 7 years of experience in B2B technical sales.
  • Experience selling solutions within Building Engineering, Electrical Engineering, MEP, ELV systems, Energy Management, Construction, or Data Centre Infrastructure.
  • Strong negotiation, client relationship management, and technical sales skills.
  • Ability to simplify and explain complex engineering concepts to clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal writing skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness with a self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
