Brenhazy Limited is hiring a result-driven Marketer to promote products and services, generate quality leads, increase brand visibility, and support sales growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, alongside practical knowledge of digital marketing and business development strategies.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to improve sales performance and brand awareness.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, prospects, and potential clients.
• Promote products and services through both online and offline marketing channels.
• Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and close sales opportunities.
• Manage social media activities and digital marketing campaigns when required.
• Organize promotional events, campaigns, and brand activations.
• Prepare marketing reports and monitor campaign performance.
• Meet assigned sales and marketing targets within set timelines.
Requirements
• Minimum of HND or B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any related field.
• 3 – 5 years experience in marketing, sales, business development, or a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and marketing software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and customer relationship management skills.
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
