Job Description

Duob Recruitment is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and optimize operations across multiple business divisions. The ideal candidate will provide leadership across service lines, drive operational excellence, improve efficiency, and support business growth initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across all business units and service divisions to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with organizational goals and market demands.
  • Monitor performance metrics across branches and service lines to improve operational outcomes.
  • Manage supply chain and inventory systems for beauty products, pharmaceuticals, retail merchandise, and related divisions.
  • Lead branch managers and operational teams across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with finance leadership to align operational activities with budgets and financial objectives.
  • Implement standardized operating procedures to maintain service quality and scalability.
  • Analyze operational performance data to identify trends, challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize operational costs.
  • Oversee branch expansion projects and the integration of new service offerings and technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong experience in operations management, strategic planning, and organizational leadership.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and business management software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, supply chain optimization, and vendor relations.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and beauty service industry standards.
  • Financial management skills including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage operations across multiple locations.
  • Strong problem-solving, crisis management, and decision-making abilities.
